Air Quality Testing .
Measure what you breathe. Indoor air quality testing converts vague concerns about indoor air into measurable, lab-verified data.
Indoor air quality, measured.
Indoor air quality (IAQ) testing combines real-time environmental measurements with spore-trap air sampling to evaluate the air your family, staff or tenants actually breathe inside a Los Angeles property.
Our IAQ assessments measure temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide, particulate matter and airflow at multiple representative locations inside the property, then collect spore-trap air samples — typically one outdoor reference and several indoor — for accredited laboratory analysis. The combination establishes both the conditions that allow mold to grow and what airborne spores are actually present.
IAQ testing is especially valuable when occupants report symptoms only inside the building, when there is no visible growth but the property feels "off," or when HVAC service has been irregular. Our reporting compares indoor counts against the outdoor baseline so you see whether elevated levels truly originate inside.
We report findings against recognized industry guidance, identify species of concern, and recommend next steps — whether that's source-of-moisture investigation, HVAC service, dehumidification or further targeted sampling. Independent of any remediation contractor.
When you need it.

Why it matters.
Real Measurements
Hard data instead of guesswork about indoor air.
Baseline Comparison
Outdoor control puts indoor counts in context.
Hidden Mold Detection
IAQ can reveal mold that is not yet visible.
HVAC Insight
Identifies systems that are spreading rather than filtering.
Health Documentation
Useful evidence for physicians, attorneys and adjusters.
Action Plan
Clear recommendations whether or not mold is the cause.
FAQ.
It overlaps but is broader. IAQ testing includes mold spore counts plus environmental measurements like humidity and particulate that influence air quality.
